Caroline De Smidt

Caroline joined the real estate industry in 2017 and has worked for two inner-city firms in Perth after working in project management (shop fit-outs) and administrative roles in the past. In addition, Caroline brings to the role a diverse set of managerial skills that she developed while working for a European supermarket chain in Marketing, Finance and Project Management capacities.

She is very focused and able to multi-task and manage her time proficiently. She has a demonstrated ability to follow-up and never stops before a project or task is fully completed and all within budget and strict deadlines.

Her previous experience as a financial controller and financial auditor equipped her to have an eye for detail in property management when it comes to arrears management, budgeting, reconciliations, reporting and analysis. She is meticulous, is very organised and clients can rely on her well-developed time management skills.

Caroline is someone who is accountable to her customers, dedicated and will go the extra mile to deliver. Caroline holds a tertiary qualification in Business Management (Master of Business from a prestigious European University - HEC Liege), a Graduate Certificate in Business from Curtin University (WA) and a Queensland real estate licence.
