      In addition, plans have been approved for a $100 million surf park with 2 metre waves and dozens of short-stay villas further underpinning the long term growth potential for the area.

      There is a substantial 30kw solar system installed (approx. 100 panels) and associated infrastructure.

      Sonic Healthcare (Clinpath) currently occupy part of the property, as a pathology collection centre, and have two 5-year renewal options.
