With over a decade of experience in Commercial Property Management, Hannah has been an integral part of the Raine & Horne Commercial WA team since 2015. Over the years, Hannah has demonstrated exceptional expertise and dedication, earning her the dual role of Senior Property Manager and Department Analyst within the organization.

Hannah’s responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of tasks, from overseeing day-to-day property operations to conducting thorough analyses that inform strategic decision-making. With an unflinching commitment to accuracy and precision, along with a strong financial acumen, she ensures that every aspect of property management is executed to the highest standards.

Beyond operational efficiency, she is deeply committed to delivering outstanding service to both property owners and tenants. She believes that meticulous attention to detail and proactive management are key to fostering mutually beneficial relationships and achieving optimal outcomes for her clients. In her capacity as a Senior Property Manager, Hannah has overseen a diverse portfolio with particular focus on Industrial & Commercial properties. Her duties in this role include financial reporting/budgeting, overseeing of maintenance, repairs & capital expenditure, lease administration, property inspections & implementing rent reviews.
