Sashin Martinus

Sashin embarked on her real estate career in 2020 and joined Raine & Horne Commercial as a Commercial Property Manager in 2024. In this role, she expertly oversees a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centres, and industrial complexes.

Sashin is responsible for all facets of property management, including financial reporting, co-ordination of capital expenditure, lease renewals & property inspections. Sashin's commitment to addressing clients' needs and her capability to manage multiple responsibilities under pressure make her a key asset to the Raine & Horne Commercial team.
